Holistic hypnosis solutions for you

Many habits feel automatic—like they’re running on autopilot. That’s because they’re controlled by the subconscious, not the conscious mind. Hypnosis helps interrupt these deeply ingrained patterns and creates space for lasting change where willpower alone may fall short.

Medical hypnosis is a science-backed, drug-free therapy that supports healing from chronic pain, insomnia, high blood pressure, IBS, and more. By working with the subconscious and reducing stress, it helps restore balance, ease symptoms, and improve overall well-being. A doctor’s diagnosis is required before treatment begins.

Anxiety shows up differently for everyone—but hypnotherapy can help. By working with the subconscious, it helps shift unhelpful thought patterns, ease panic, phobias, and overwhelm, and restore a sense of calm. Many clients see results after just a few sessions and leave feeling more in control, confident, and grounded.

Self-doubt, fear of failure, or past experiences can quietly hold us back from the life we truly want. Hypnotherapy helps break through limiting beliefs, build confidence, and create the clarity and momentum needed to move forward. You don’t have to stay stuck—real change is possible.

Children’s hypnotherapy is a safe, effective way to help kids manage big emotions, build confidence, and overcome fears. Because children respond so well to hypnosis, it can be a powerful tool for creating positive change early in life.
Hypnotherapy
What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnosis is not a new phenomenon—it has been recorded throughout human history in various forms. The trance state is a natural and normal human experience, one that we all enter and enjoy at different times in our daily lives.
Hypnotherapy involves the deliberate induction of a trance state with a view to achieving specific therapeutic outcomes. Suggestions and ideas can be directed at the subconscious mind influencing subconscious processes and programming. In a way, hypnotherapy is an effective way of making contact with our inner or unconscious self allowing us to make changes to the way we think, act and react.
Hypnotherapy uses the hypnotic state in a therapeutic framework to you improve your life, change unwanted habits or behaviours and reduce stress and anxiety. Hypnotherapy is also widely used for medical, psychological and emotional concerns, such as helping reduce pain, dealing with trauma, reducing symptoms of functional disorders, anaesthesia and to improve general well-being.
You won’t end up clucking like a chicken, we promise!

Frequently Asked Questions
What is hypnotherapy, and how does it work?
Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic technique that uses guided relaxation and focused attention to access the subconscious mind. In this state, you’re more open to positive suggestions and can begin to shift unhelpful patterns, beliefs, or behaviours. You’re always in control—it’s not about being asleep or unconscious but rather about being deeply relaxed and focused.
Will I lose control or be made to do something I don’t want to?
No, absolutely not. You remain fully in control throughout the entire session. Hypnotherapy is nothing like stage hypnosis—you’re not asleep, and you can’t be made to do or say anything against your will. In fact, most people remember everything that was said during the session.
What can hypnotherapy help with?
Hypnotherapy can support a wide range of issues, including anxiety, stress, insomnia, chronic pain, smoking cessation, weight loss, phobias, low confidence, and more. It can also be helpful for children and even for enhancing performance or focus in sports, study, or public speaking.
How many sessions will I need?
This depends on the issue and the individual, but many clients experience noticeable improvements after just 1–3 sessions. Some goals may take longer, especially if they are deeply rooted or involve multiple factors. Your hypnotherapist will guide you with a personalised plan.
Is hypnosis safe?
Yes, hypnotherapy is a safe and natural process when conducted by a trained professional. It’s a relaxing experience with no harmful side effects, and it’s suitable for both adults and children. If you have any medical concerns, your therapist may work alongside your healthcare provider.
Can anyone be hypnotised?
Most people can enter a hypnotic state—it’s similar to the feeling of being absorbed in a book or daydream. Some may find it easier than others, especially if they are open to the process and willing to engage with the techniques.
