To help you quit smoking for good, we provide at least two personalised therapy sessions designed to make the process permanent and painless.

Your first 90-minute session includes a thorough assessment of your unique circumstances, addressing any questions or concerns you may have. This is followed by an initial session of hypnotherapy for smoking to prepare you for quitting. Since every client is different, this tailored approach ensures the therapy meets your individual needs.

Your second session typically takes place about a week later. By the end of this hypnosis session, you’ll be ready to leave the clinic as a non-smoker. Most of our clients experience no cravings, no unpleasant withdrawal symptoms, and no difficulty maintaining their smoke-free life long-term.
